The Covenant History of Indian Lake Estates is a little sketchy but basically it goes like this.....

When your lot was first purchased a Covenant was attached to the deed. The early 1956,1957 Residential Covenants did not have a requirement for tile roofs. Sometime in either late 1957 or 1958 a new Residential Covenant was created that added the requirement for a tile roof and an expanded explanation of amenities on #18.

The Commercial Covenants had 22 clauses and #22 was expanded similarly to the Residential Covenant #18 sometime after 1957.

Remember the Covenants attached to your deed were attached at the time the lot was first sold not when something was constructed on the property.
