ViewSonic has expanded its lamp-free projector portfolio in India with the launch of the LSD400 Series high-brightness laser projectors and the LSD300W-ST short-throw LED projector. Targeted at classrooms, coaching centres and higher-education institutions, the new offerings are designed to deliver sustainable projection with lower running costs, long-life light sources and minimal maintenance.
The LSD400 Series includes the LSD400W, LSD400HD and LSD400HD-ST models, each delivering 4,000 ANSI Lumens using ViewSonic’s third-generation laser phosphor technology. Compared to conventional lamp-based projectors, the series reduces power consumption by up to 49 percent while maintaining consistent brightness over a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours. By eliminating lamp replacements, educational institutions can significantly cut maintenance expenses, downtime and electronic waste. The sealed, filter-free IP5X dust-resistant optical engine further ensures reliable performance in India’s diverse and often dusty environments.
